Do you have a physical store?

 No.

At this time we do not have a physical location.

We are working on it and are hopeful that one day we will.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

 Most orders will ship within 7-14 days.

Please note that during a Legal Holiday, shipping will be delayed.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

 No.

Unfortunately we do not, we only ship around the continental United States.

 

Do you accept returns?

 Yes.

Mostly on items that you have received,  has been damaged during shipping,

or you received the wrong item. Check out our Returns page for full details.

 

Do you offer employment or Internships at your company?

Unfortunately we do not at this time.

We hope someday to do so, but when do,

we'll post it, on the site.

 

Do you offer rush orders?

We are working on it, to provide you with this service.

 

I need to change my order, what do I do?

Send us a message from your account,

that says send a message to tell us the change you need to make.

Remember, you have 36 hours (3 Business Days) to make the change.

After the 36th hour, or 3 Business Days, we cannot make any changes. 

 

Can I place an order, and send it as a gift to a different address?

Yes. You just have to add the address in the shipping

address when you place your order.

 

Do you offer Gift Box/Wrap Service?

Not at this time.

This service will certainly come as the business grows.

 

Will I be charged a tax?

 If you order was submitted in the Commonwealth of Virginia, then yes. 

 

Will I be charged shipping?

Yes.

The shipping price will be displayed in checkout.

 

What couriers do you use, when shipping orders?

 We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

 

Do you accept PayPal?

 Yes. You'll select the option at checkout.

 

Do you offer Gift Cards/Gift Certificates?

We only offer digital gift certificates, in which you can buy and

send to recipients email. They will be able to use the

redemption code on the gift certificates at check out.

We do not, at this time offer gift cards.

 

If I want to delete my account, how do I go about that?

It's easy. Go to the Contact Us page, and fill out the form,

then tell us that you want your account deleted.

We'll take it from there.

 

Can I Store My Credit/Debit Card On Your Site?

No.

For security reasons, we do not store your credit/debit card on our site.

 

 

If I bought a digital Gift Certificate, will it expire?

Yes.

Don't worry, you'll have five years from the date it was bought it.
